Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cancellation right.

2. How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by:

3. Returning the Product

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the product to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date of your cancellation notice. The return address is:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless the product was delivered in error or is faulty.

4. Refund

We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier). Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The full purchase price, including standard delivery charges paid on the original order, will be refunded.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned products should be in the same condition as received - unused or minimally handled for inspection purposes. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by excessive handling. Food supplements that have been opened and partially used may not be eligible for a full refund unless the product is faulty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under the cancellation right: goods that have been unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer law.
